Hi all,
Ive tried to get into max/msp off and on since its windows release, coming from a background in reaktor it seems like there are hardly any patches available on the web when compared to the thousands in the reaktor library. Is this just in general how the max community works? I see tons of externals in the object database but not so much in ready to go patches.
Is there any central spot to get patches that i can just disect and alter?

Re: where are all the patches?
Sun, November 6, 2005 - 1:54 PMwell the world of max is slightly different from the reaktor one. as you know helpfilez in max are workable patches itself, so they are a good way to start from. most of the objects u can find on maxobjects.com and almost each has a helpfile withit. also there is fine maxMSP user list organized by c74 with archive capable to search for threads, subjects, attachements etc. this list is great and it also covers Jitter too. and there are SO many people using max in so many different ways out there, that a heavy search of the internet should give results.
